Tnx for FB Dxpedition! Condx were very difficult here in Oklahoma but still managed two QSOs: 17m SSB and 15m CW with beam at 40 feet running KW. 73 Roger

Salutations Andy

... the crew must dismantle 80 and 160m antenna farm this morning... the webside says. Well, then I have to end up without 160m contact. Anyway I have to thank the crew for 7 QSOs. Not bad remembering what happened every day on the QRGs. The only complaint I can make is the wrong advertizing you did in advance. You offered a biiiiig DXped. to the 4th most wanted DXCC. If you instead would have written that a crew is going to Glorioso for a working commitment with 'some' activity on the air by not well experienced operators nobody would have had reason to complain. Instead you offered 4 stations around the clock. What happened were lots of hours without any activity - especially on the low bands after the crew had found out, that they could make more QSOs on the high bands. Not everybody is satisfied with the result and although 40K QSOs were made we see what would have been possible. This activity will stay in the books as most disturbed activity by hundreds of frustrated so called ham operators... It´s a pity that France does not open their possessions for worldwide access that a REAL DXped team could show how to do better. We have to deal with it ... At least better a bad DXpedition then NO DXpedition sincerly and good DX bonne chance la prochaine fois Dietmar, DL3DXX
