I could only copy them on 17 mts cw, other bands dead, no propagation. In the pile ups, I was totally covered by Japan, Europe or the US, for 4 days I called for 3 hours, every day, until I could copy them, finally, on the 5 day. They came back to me --TG9NX 'he sent' only NA only NA QRZ NA-- Experience has taught me that when dealing with an ignoramus you should not insist. After this incident with me, someone must have told them that if they want The US of America they should say QRZ US only because if you say QRZ NA you have to take Canada Mexico, Central America and The Caribbean also, look in the Call Book, and QRZ.com; America is diveded in two, North and South only, and Guatemala is in NA. I was humilliated by them because of their ignorance.
Days later, I was very lucky, propagation died on them and they were alone calling only QRZ I said to my self I hope this time they wont tell me they are calling for God only and ignore me again, this time, it was very easy, only one call, new band 17mts.I HOPE TO GET THE QSL WILL NOT BE SO COMPLICATED AS THE QSO. No problem, it was fun very many hours invested on a new band.
For their statistics, I was a hero because I gave them the only TG QSO of their operation. One more country to add to their list of the countries they worked.

I wrote a note to the FT5GA crew, along with my QSL and contribution, expressing my THANK YOU for your super effort from Glorioso. FT5GA provided me with 5 new bands plus a new one on RTTY. This far exceeded my expectations for any DXpedition.

Now to put the 'icing on the cake', the logs were also available on Logbook of the World in record time. This is another 'touch of class'. My sincere THANKS to the operators, organizers, and anyone associated with the FT5GA operation. At this point,my only missing band for Glorioso is 160 meters. When you live in Ohio, you are allowed to dream!
