Thanks for a superb operation. Any difficulty to work you was made only by the bad practices of jammers, lids and cluster abusers whereas the FT5GA team did very well. I'm grateful for 5 new bands and please remember it is only a small minority who are the idiots, the huge majority of us appreciate your effort. 73 de Eric.

It was exciting to hear your signals tonight. You were very weak into my Washington state QTH but I think my friend Dan N7AN in your log! Perhaps I will be sucessful on your next trip to Iles Glorieuses! 73Roger |

Thanks for 2 Qso's. It was extremely hard to work you from the Midwest of the USA. There is some good ground for criticism but I am sure you guys will summarize it after returning home and figure it out what you did wrong and what else could have been done for this dxepedition to be even more successful. Thank you for the effort and have a safe trip back home. 73 Dragan K0AP

73 Fred PY2XB

LA5WF: They have been extremely weak here too.. I have a low tribander only 10 meters above ground (44m Above sea level) A Friend of mine 200kms north of me have his tribander also 10 meters above gnd.. but 166 meters above sea level.. he has rx´d FT5ga always better than me, but without any qso.. I have always heard ´em in the noise level.. Pse TRy tomorrow morning, they will be active until 09.00 gmt.. best time on 15mb phone/cw to Scandinavia is at 07.00/08.00 gmt.. 20mb is better later on.. so ur best bet is 15 ssb/cw at those times.. I wkd them on 15 SSB with 21 RX here at 08.00 yesterday.. I had to guess if they were coming back to my call.. taking up ten khz that time.. I was tx`ing +10khz.. Pse Call call and call.. 15mb is the best bet.. but check the 20mb too.. Hope you will be successfull.. I Know its hard.. with low tribander and without amplifier here..De OH1JO Jari

Have been hunting you for mni hours, but no QSOs at all. Running 1 kW here and 3 el on 10, 15 and 20m. Dipoles on other bands. No QSO, at all !!!! !0, 12 and 15 dead. Herd you once on 15 but too weak signals. On 18 also weak as well as on other bands. But on 30m the 6. of october you were 559. No chance against soth eu stns. It is very seldom I have no QSO with a DX-pedition!!! Sorry, but hope a new expedition coms up in the future. 73 Jon/LA8WF
